Capel House
Complete renovation of a once proud Victorian House, due to extensive water ingress the property required major structural repairs and all services to be replaced.
Roof moss removal
This property had extensive moss & lichens causing problems with the tiles and guttering. The moss was removed and the roof repaired and finally treated with an anti moss treatment.
Conservatory conversion
The client wished to convert the old conservatory into an all year livable space. Instead of adding a traditional flat roof we suggested creating a vaulting ceiling, with the addition of automatic velux windows which close when it rains. In addition we installed a large gable end window and bifold door to flood the space with natural light.
New Conservatory
The bungalow previously sported an old wooden structure which let in the light and the cold. The client wanted a modern replacement which they could use throughout the year.
